WHO WE ARE
Westair Logistics is a Namibian logistics company providing travel and operational support for corporate clients, specialist personnel and organisations operating in Namibia and across Africa. The company manages the movement of people and the practical arrangements that surround their travel, from international arrival through to their final destination. This includes airport reception, visa coordination, accommodation, ground transport, regional flights, charter aviation and transfers to project sites, operational locations and other destinations.
WHAT WE DO
Our work covers the practical logistics between a traveller’s point of departure and their final destination. We work with corporate travel managers, operations teams and project coordinators to plan and coordinate the different stages of a journey, including international arrivals, airport meet-and-greet, accommodation, ground transfers, regional flight connections, road and air travel, crew rotations and onward movement to remote or operational sites.
Our clients may need to move a single specialist, a corporate team, a rotating crew, an executive or a larger group of personnel. The requirements are different in each case. A specialist may need to travel from an international destination through Windhoek and onward to a remote project site, while a crew rotation may involve coordinating the arrival and departure of multiple personnel around an operational schedule. Westair Logistics manages these requirements as one coordinated movement.
